First Community Credit Union's bill pay service is available at no charge to all members with an active checking account enrolled in online banking. Members can add unlimited payees — businesses in the electronic payee directory route payments via ACH in 1–2 business days; payees not in the directory receive paper checks mailed within 5–7 business days. One-time and recurring payment schedules are both supported. eBill (electronic bill delivery) is available for participating billers, pulling your statement balance directly into the bill pay portal for review and payment. A same-day payment option is available for eligible electronic payees for a $9.95 fee when submitted before the daily cutoff. First Community Credit Union's payment guarantee covers late fees if a correctly scheduled payment fails to arrive on time due to a processing error. Search the electronic payee directory or add a custom payee manually. Business payees in the directory auto-populate routing details. Individual payees or small businesses not in the directory receive mailed paper checks. Add unlimited payees with no per-payee fee.
Choose the payment amount and the delivery date. Schedule one-time payments for any future date, or set up recurring payments on weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom schedules. Recurring payments run automatically until you pause or cancel them.
For participating billers, enable eBill to receive your electronic statement directly inside the bill pay portal. Your current balance due, minimum payment, and due date appear automatically. Review the bill and click to pay — no manual amount entry required.
Every bill payment — pending, processing, completed, or cancelled — appears in the payment history log with date, amount, payee, and confirmation number. History is retained for 18 months and can be exported as a CSV file for budgeting or tax records.
First Community Credit Union stands behind the bill pay system with a payment guarantee. When a member schedules a payment by the required lead time with correct payee information, First Community Credit Union guarantees the payment will arrive by the scheduled delivery date.
If a payment is late due to a processing error on our end — not due to incorrect payee information or insufficient funds — the credit union will reimburse any late payment fee the biller charges, up to the fee amount documented on your statement. Contact member services at (800) 342-8575 to file a payment guarantee claim within 30 days of the missed delivery date.
The guarantee does not apply to same-day payments that miss the daily cutoff, payments to payees with incorrect account numbers, or payments that could not post due to insufficient available funds in the funding account.

Go to firstcommunity.co.com/login.html and sign in with your username and password. From the main dashboard, select "Bill Pay" from the navigation menu. First-time users will see a brief enrollment confirmation — accept the terms to activate bill pay on your account.
Click "Add Payee." Search for your biller by name. If found in the directory, click to add — routing details pre-populate. If not found, enter the company name, payment address, and your account number as it appears on your bill. Save the payee. It will be available for all future payments.
Select the payee, enter the payment amount, and choose a delivery date. Review the payment summary — funding account, amount, delivery date, and confirmation number — then click Submit. You will receive an email confirmation immediately. The payment appears in pending status until it processes.

Electronic payments to billers in the ACH directory arrive in 1–2 business days. Paper checks mailed to payees not in the directory arrive in 5–7 business days. Same-day electronic payments submitted before 3:00 p.m. PT arrive the same business day. Always schedule payments at least 3 business days before a due date to allow for processing margin and avoid late fees.
When you schedule a bill pay payment with correct payee information on time, First Community Credit Union guarantees it will arrive by the delivery date shown. If our processing error causes the payment to arrive late, we reimburse any late fee your biller charges. File a claim within 30 days by calling (800) 342-8575. The guarantee does not cover payments delayed by incorrect payee information or insufficient funds.
